On July 23, 1990, the Military Region 5 Command issued a decision to set up a factory. 230. The main occupation was the production and processing of timber and forest products (this is precursor of Thang Loi Factory today).
In April 1996, the Minister of Defense issued the decision to establish Thang Loi Company on the basis of the merger of two units, 230 and 991.

On May 12, 1999, the Minister of Defense issued Decision No. 642/1999 / QD-BQP to merge Thang Loi Company into Phu Tai Company under Military Zone 5. Thang Loi Company was transformed into Thang Factory. Lo belongs to Phu Tai company.

In 2008: Thang Loi Construction and Relocation Company relocated to new business location in provincial road 638, Binh An village, Phuoc Thanh commune, Tuy Phuoc district, Binh Dinh province.

2007: Construction investment relocation Thang Loi Factory - Branch of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company.
