Board resolution on dividend payment for 2017

On June 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company approved a record date for the dividend payment as follows:
– Record date: June 28, 2018
– Payment ratio:
a) Paying 50% stock dividend for 2017:
- Exercise ratio: 10:5 (Those who own 10 shares will receive 05 new shares)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
b) Paying 10% cash dividend for 2017:
- Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1,000 VND for a share)
- Payment date: July 16, 2018.
