Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation announced Resolution No.145 dated October 18, 2017 as follows:
1) Approving the business result in first nine months of 2017:
– Parent company:
+ Revenue: 1,467,100 million dongs, increased 22% year over year;
+ Profit before tax: 219,268 million dongs, increased 18% year over year.
– Consolidated:
+ Revenue: 2,927,892 million dongs, increased 14% year over year;
+ Profit before tax: 271,460 million dongs, increased 23% year over year.
2) Approving the business plan in Q4.2017:
– Parent company:
+ Revenue: 705 billion dongs
+ Profit before tax: 107 billion dongs
– Consolidated:
+ Revenue: 1,460 billion dongs
+ Profit before tax: 152 billion dongs.
