Three-plant system — total designed capacity of 300,000 MT/year
Phu Tai Joint Stock Company operates a system of three wood pellet plants with a total designed capacity of 300,000 MT/year: the Binh Dinh plant (90,000 MT/year), the An Khe plant (Phuc Tan Kieu Co., Ltd. — 120,000 MT/year), and the Khanh Hoa plant (90,000 MT/year). This scale supports stable supply for long-term contracts with import partners in Japan and Korea.
Secured biomass raw materials — 4,200 ha FSC forests and in-house wood by-products
All biomass feedstock is supplied from two sources within the Phu Tai system: FSC-certified plantation forests totaling over 4,200 ha in the Central Highlands, and wood by-products (sawdust, wood chips, branches) generated from in-house indoor and outdoor furniture factories. This closed-loop model ensures a stable material supply, transparent traceability, and competitive input costs.
Strategic location — close to export ports, optimized logistics
Plants in Gia Lai and Khanh Hoa are located in convenient transport and logistics corridors near major seaports in Central Vietnam—shortening haulage distance, reducing logistics costs, and ensuring on-time delivery for containerized pellet exports to Japan and Korea.
FSC certification — meeting export-market biomass traceability requirements
Biomass raw materials used for pellet production are sourced from FSC-certified plantations. Traceability requirements are increasingly strict for pellet importers in Japan, Korea, and the EU to ensure renewable biomass is legally harvested and sustainable.
