On March 15, 2025, in the town of Diêu Trì (Tuy Phước District, Binh Dinh Province), a joint venture between Phu Tai Joint Stock Company and An Phat Land Investment Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the residential and urban renewal project in the southern and northern areas of Tang Bat Ho Street—a project known as Phú Tài Jade Garden.

The ceremony was attended by leaders from Tuy Phước District and Diêu Trì Town, representatives from the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance, as well as partners of the consortium.

Contributing to the Local Community

To mark the groundbreaking ceremony, the developer donated 100 million VND to the Fund for the Poor and 100 million VND to the Child Welfare Fund of Diêu Trì Town, and also presented 20 gift packages to children and families in need in the area.

Role in Local Urban Development

The project is expected to meet the housing needs of local residents while helping to enhance the landscape and improve the urban architectural environment in the area—part of Phú Tài’s expansion strategy into the real estate sector, alongside its core business segments in Stone, Wood, biomass energy, and automobiles.
