About The PRIVATE 100 List
PRIVATE 100 is an annual ranking that recognizes the 100 private enterprises with the largest contributions to the state budget in Vietnam, based on tax settlement data and budget remittances for the fiscal year. It serves as one of the clearest indicators of the actual scale of operations and business performance across the private sector - a segment playing an increasingly central role in the country's overall economic growth.
According to this year's announcement, the combined budget contribution of the 100 listed enterprises reached VND 390.7 trillion in fiscal year 2025 - an increase of VND 146.3 trillion, or 60%, compared to the previous year. This figure represents approximately 14.7%, or nearly one-seventh, of the country's total state budget revenue for the year. Notably, the threshold to enter the Top 10 of this year's list rose to VND 5.8 trillion or above, VND 1 trillion higher than the previous year's threshold, reflecting the continued expansion in contributions from the country's leading private enterprises.
This year's list continues to feature a diverse range of major corporations across sectors - from real estate, automotive, and banking to technology, food, building materials, and agriculture - reflecting the broad-based nature of budget contributions from Vietnam's private economic sector.
Phú Tài's Contribution To The State Budget
In fiscal year 2025, Phú Tài Joint Stock Company contributed a total of approximately VND 439.7 billion to the state budget, with the main reported line items as follows:
Domestic VAT: 81,60;Corporate income tax: 89,80;Land and property tax, land rental fees: 200,30.
This result reflects the steady operating performance of Phú Tài across its core business areas - natural stone, engineered quartz, wood furniture, biomass energy, automotive, and real estate - as well as the Group's consistent commitment to fulfilling its financial obligations to the State over many years of continuous operation.
Built On A Diversified, Multi-Industry Model
Phú Tài's inclusion in the PRIVATE 100 list partly reflects the effectiveness of the diversified business model the Group has pursued throughout its development. Starting from its original foundation in building materials, the Group has progressively expanded into natural stone and engineered quartz processing for export, wood furniture manufacturing under an ODM/OEM model, biomass energy through its wood pellet plants, as well as automotive distribution and real estate development.
This diversification not only helps Phú Tài spread risk across the business cycles of different industries but also creates value-chain synergies - for example, by using wood processing by-products as raw material for wood pellet production, or by combining stone and wood in export-oriented interior and exterior products. This integrated operating model has helped generate a stable revenue stream over the years, forming the basis for the Group's sustained budget contribution.
What This Means For Phú Tài - And What Comes Next
Phú Tài's place on the PRIVATE 100 list represents objective recognition from state management authorities of the Group's genuine contribution to the national budget, while also affirming its position among Vietnam's private enterprises with notable scale of operations and business performance.
A Phú Tài representative shared that this recognition serves as motivation for the Group to continue investing in production expansion, improving governance efficiency, and strengthening competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. In the period ahead, Phú Tài is committed to accelerating digital transformation in corporate governance, expanding capacity in growth segments such as biomass energy and quartz exports, while maintaining its commitment to state budget contributions and to creating jobs and value for the communities and localities where the Group operates.
Thanks to the strong budget revenue generated by enterprises such as Phú Tài, the Government gains greater resources to invest in key infrastructure projects, healthcare facilities, education, and social welfare programs - through which millions of citizens benefit directly from the country's shared development outcomes. This also demonstrates that the sustainable growth of private enterprises delivers value not only to shareholders and employees, but also makes a tangible contribution to the broader development of the national economy.
