10/12/1994: Commander of Military Region 5 decided to establish Phu Tai Building Material Company, as known as Phu Tai Company (Decision No. 124 / QĐ-QK). Basing on the merger of 03 units: Enterprise 380; Enterprise 224; An Truong Building Material Enterprise.

DEVELOPMENT

  • 1996

    Ministry of Defense officially established Phu Tai Company under the Military Zone Command (Decision No. 482 / QD-QP). Based on the merger of enterprises and production units: Factory 380; Enterprise 224; An Truong Building Material Enterprise; Fleet; Representative Office of Da Nang; Representative Office of Ho Chi Minh City.

  • 2000

    Commander of Military Region 5 has adjusted the staffing structure of Phu Tai Company (Decision No. 125 / QĐ-QK), including the company's organization and 08 member units: Factory No.380, Enterprise No.24 Business 991, Thang Loi Enterprise, Stone Construction and Agro-Industrial Construction Team, Transport and Mechanical Repair Team, Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Hoa Branch.
    Established Toyota Da Nang Factory - Branch of Phu Tai Company.

  • 2004

    The Minister of Defense decided to transform Phu Tai Company under Military Region 5 into a joint stock company (Decision No. 150/2004 / QD-BQP). Established Wood Processing Factory - Branch Phu Tai company in Dong Nai.
    Established Dinh Binh stone production team

  • 2005

    The Minister of Defense decides that Phu Tai Joint Stock Company will officially operate as a joint stock company on 01/01/2005 (Decision No. 150/2004 / QD-BQP). Phu Tai Joint Stock Company consists of the company and 06 member units: Enterprise 380, Da Nang toyota enterprise; Thang Loi Enterprise; Company's branch in Dong Nai; Nhon Hoa construction and industrial stone production team; Representative office in Ho Chi Minh City.
